How to Access ets2 on Mobile
We offer three paths to access ets2 on your mobile device. The first is our native Android app, downloadable as an APK file directly from our site or via sideload; this path does not require the Google Play Store and gives you direct control over app updates. The second is the ets2 responsive web app, accessible on any iOS device through Safari or any mobile browser—no installation required, and you receive the full website experience on your phone screen. The third is the standard mobile-browser approach on Android or iOS, opening ets2.win in Chrome, Safari, or your default browser without any dedicated app.
Choose your platform
Android users benefit from the native app's offline caching and instant notifications. iOS users access the full site through Safari without installation. Both paths deposit and withdraw via the same payment rails.
Installation Steps
- Download the Android APK or open Safari on iOS: On Android, download the ets2 APK file from the link below; on iOS, open Safari and navigate to ets2.win or bookmark it to your home screen.
- Install and grant permissions: On Android, go to Settings → Security, enable "Unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps"), then tap the downloaded APK file. On iOS, add the site to your home screen via Safari's Share menu.
- Log in or create an account: Open the app or web app, enter your username and password, or tap "Open an account" to register. Account creation requires your email, phone number, and a secure password.
- Verify your identity and deposit: Before your first withdrawal, upload an identity document (government ID or passport). Deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet settle immediately and appear in your balance.
Native App vs. Web App
The native Android app stores match data and market information on your device, so you can view recent markets and your account history even if your internet connection drops temporarily. Push notifications arrive instantly when a live-dealer table opens, a withdrawal completes, or a match you follow enters its final minutes. The app also launches faster than the website on slower connections. The iOS and Android web app, accessed through Safari or Chrome, offers the full ets2 experience without installation, automatic updates (you always see the latest version), and works on any device. Both paths support deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment with identical settlement times. Choose the native app if you prefer instant notifications and offline caching; choose the web app if you prioritize simplicity and do not want to manage app updates.
Device Compatibility
The ets2 Android app runs on Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher; most devices from 2016 onwards meet this requirement. The iOS web app is compatible with iOS 12.0 or later, covering iPhone 5S through the latest models. On Android devices running older versions, use the mobile web browser instead (Chrome, Firefox, or your default browser). We do not publish app version numbers or file sizes; check your app settings for current installation status.
Common Installation Issues
If you download the APK on Android and receive an error "unknown app," ensure that "Install unknown apps" permission is enabled for your file manager or Chrome app. Go to Settings → Apps → [your file manager] → Permissions → Storage and toggle the permission on. If you see a certificate-trust warning, this is normal for sideloaded apps; tap "Continue" to proceed. On iOS, if you cannot add the web app to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not another browser) and tap the Share icon (square with arrow) before selecting "Add to Home Screen." If the app crashes on launch, clear your app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → ets2 → Storage → Clear Cache) or clear your browser cookies (iOS Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data).
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The ets2 app requests permission to send push notifications (on Android and iOS) and to access your device's storage (Android only, for offline cache). We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location without your explicit consent at the time of use. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your login session remains active for your security; if you leave the app unattended, we recommend clearing your session by logging out or restarting your device. For account security, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately; we typically respond within one business day and can reset your password or lock your account remotely.
